1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and bbjili ("bbjili," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the bbjili online gaming platform, including all games, features, content, and services available at bbjili.app and any associated mobile or web applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any bbjili service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

2. Eligibility

To register and use bbjili, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations enforced by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines or your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of bbjili or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from bbjili or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion program that remains in effect.

bbjili reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at bbjili's sole discretion.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money games and services on bbjili, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one bbjili account. Registering multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• KYC Verification: bbjili is required to verify the identity of all players as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations. You agree to provide valid government-issued identification and any other documentation requested by bbjili within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
• Account Ownership: Your bbjili account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bbjili login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that you do not use for any other online service, including GCash, Maya, or email accounts.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Notify bbjili immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including bbjili customer support staff (who will never ask for your password).

bbjili shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials, except where such loss results directly from bbjili's own negligence or breach.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bbjili are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: bbjili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), and major Philippine bank transfers including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.
• Deposit Limits: Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction. bbjili reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and KYC completion. Verified accounts using GCash or Maya typically receive funds within minutes, subject to payment provider processing times. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days.
• Own Funds: You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are free from any encumbrance. You may not deposit funds on behalf of any third party.
• Bonus Restrictions: Withdrawals may be subject to wagering requirements if bonus funds are active in your account. See Section 6 for details.

bbjili does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, or via credit cards for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

bbjili offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. bbjili reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time.
• Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or systematic wagering strategies designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not met within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account.

bbjili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on bbjili — including live casino tables, video slots, bingo, and specialty games — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

Random Number Generator (RNG) games on bbjili use independently certified RNG systems to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are conducted by trained dealers under real-time supervision. bbjili does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, bbjili's records of game outcomes shall be the definitive record. bbjili shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control, but will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes fairly.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bbjili platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with games or the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such bugs must be reported to bbjili immediately.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bbjili staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform.

bbjili reserves the right to investigate suspected prohibited conduct and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bbjili Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements — is the property of bbjili or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the bbjili Platform without prior written consent from bbjili.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bbjili's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bbjili account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bbjili shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodw ill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if bbjili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bbjili's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Responsible Gaming

bbjili is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide the following tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12. Suspension & Termination

bbjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• bbjili suspects fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity on your account.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• bbjili is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• You request account closure.

Upon termination for cause, bbjili may forfeit any bonus balances and, where permitted by law, any winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Real-money balances not subject to forfeiture will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any required verification.

13. Privacy

bbjili collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. bbjili complies with applicable Philippine data privacy regulations, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through bbjili's internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

bbjili operates under the PAGCOR-regulated framework. Regulatory complaints may be directed to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation in accordance with applicable procedures.

15. Amendments

bbjili reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulation. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
